Today the East Coast Music Association announced their list of 2018 ECMA nominees for their milestone 30th anniversary, and Rose Cousins, Jenn Grant, KINLEY, Ria Mae, and Joel Plaskett are all at the head of the line.

This year, the ECMAs return to Halifax and will take place on Thursday, May 3rd, 2018, with the award show being hosted by comedian Jonathan Torrens. The week-long event will feature countless showcases featuring bands from across Atlantic Canada. This year’s nominees include well-established East Coast acts and exciting newcomers, which reflects not only our rich history of the past 30 years but also the direction our music is taking in the future,” says Andy McLean, ECMA Executive Director.
