Sometimes you just need to go out and create something. It’s a natural enough urge that is probably universal to the entirety of the human race and manifests in countless ways. If that sounds vague, it’s because it is. It’s the inciting instinct that has manifested everything from dad jokes to the whole of civilization and, given the right circumstances, it can snowball into something sometimes unexpected. That seems to be the case of Nowhere Club, the Halifax-based collective who have released “Broadcasts from Nowhere,” the tip-of-the-iceberg compilation album representing something vast and nebulous that defies description. Music Video: Keith Mullins and The Basinview Choir Sing ‘Stronger Together’
Keith Mullins isn’t ready to let 2020 get him down. The award-winning songwriter, and champion of champions, got a group of over 40 east coast musicians and students to virtually participate in the creation of a huge, socially distanced, virtual band.
