Shivering Songs dodged a bullet last year. Held in late-January, the Fredericton-based winter music festival was one of the few to escape the devastating, and often fatal, effects of COVID-19 that has left the rest of the industry reeling. The Strange Valentines Sign Off on the Apocalypse With ‘Burning House Waltz’

His Bound by Love “project”, as it might be more accurately referred to, consists of 32 new songs spread across 3 albums and 3 EPs. Rather than the free-for-all bonanza of online streaming that has become the norm of a modern release, Ellsworth is bucking the trend in favour of something he might actually stand to make a living from. Travis Cormier Prepares for Next Album With a Tale of Love at First Sight on ‘She’s Gonna Be a Song’

Travis Cormier saw a meteoric rise when, in 2016, he performed his rendition of Aerosmith’s “Dream On” on the Quebecois version of The Voice. Not only did it garner him over 7 million views on YouTube, but led to him performing with his idol, Steven Tyler, shortly after. Since then, he released his debut album, Dollars & Hearts, in 2018, opened for Bon Jovi at a sold-out Bell Centre in Montreal, and has signed with Montreal-based Agence Ranch.
