Cloggeroo Announce 2019 Lineup with Cloggeroo Style

Prince Edward Island’s all-ages folk music festival, Cloggeroo, is returning this year for it’s sixth year. With what has become a tradition for the Cloggeroo announcement they’ve just announced their (clothes) lineup for 2019 with a new video. As usual, the festival will feature many East Coast favourites, including Ouroboros and Tomato/Tomato, not to mention their usual friendly good times on the beach.

Held from August 9 – 11, Cloggeroo is bringing the folk scene back to the seaside town of Georgetown for another year.

The full lineup announced today for 2019 includes Amy Helm, Harry Manx, Ouroboros, Tomato/Tomato, The Tortoise the Hare & the Millionaire, The Fabulously Rich, Veranda, Andru Branch & Halfway Tree, Rachel Beck, Inn Echo, Ryan Cook, The Barrowdowns, Shrimp Daddy and the Sharpshooters, The Shakedown Combo, Got Blues, John Connolly & His Band, Beatles on the Beach w/ Nick Doneff, and The Rubber Boot Band.

The festival is hosting its free Saturday-afternoon show on the beach again this year. In addition, festival-goers will be able to enjoy camping, craft beer, great food and even a fireworks show.

“As we settle deeper into the groove we’re in, various details get ironed out a bit smoother each year,” says festival organizer Danielle Rochon.

“People are going to notice a smoother camping reservation experience, a much quicker shuttle service, a really top notch food vendors’ alley… we’re getting it all to flow a bit better each year. And we are ALWAYS proud of our lineup! Real, honest-to-goodness quality music that sits right down in the heart of folk, blues, roots, and rock.”

Tickets are on sale now, with festival camping , camping passes, and site reservations becoming available on June 1.  Cloggeroo also highlight the fact that the festival is easily accessed by boat, and encourage everyone to “join the wave! Everybody’s doin’ it!”  More details online.
