Soap Opera are exploring their softer side on their upcoming EP, Be Fine. “Tension Mountain,” the second single to be released from the EP, has the St John’s-based psych-rock band rounding out the corners – interlacing a fuzz-fuelled guitar solo over a deep groove. Following up on their distinctly upbeat 2017 release, India, the track is a clear indicator of the band’s versatility as more than a one-trick pony.

In 1997, a young Tachichi recorded He Who Laughs Last, his would-be debut album, with producer and rapper Sixtoo.
