MusicNL Announces Longlist For 2019 MusicNL Awards

Ahead of their December 4th, 2019 press conference, MusicNL have announced their longlist nominations for their annual MusicNL Awards. Most prominent among today’s nominations are Rum Ragged, Jenina MacGillivray, and Eastern Owl with four nominations, followed by Nick Earle, Christian Howse, Adam Baxter, Cicerone, Youngtree & The Blooms, and Rozalind MacPhail with three nominations each.

Several award categories were left out of the today’s announcement due to an insufficient number of submissions to appear on the longlist. rather than dropping the categories altogether, MusicNL will be announcing the nominees those categories along with the top three nominees in all 27 during their December 4th press conference.

MusicNL will host their annual MusicNL Awards press conference at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 4th at Fred’s Records in Downtown St. John’s. The press conference will also include live music by Nick Earle and Rosemary Lawton.
