New Music: Kurtis Eugene’s ‘Old Rooms New Light’
Halifax’s Kurtis Eugene has released his debut EP, ‘Old Rooms New Light’. An album written and recorded partially in Milford, Nova Scotia, and partially in Christchurch, New Zealand, ‘Old Rooms New Light’ provides an experience of otherworldly acoustic chill, with haunting vocals over orchestral guitars. New Music: Saint-Jack’s ‘Birmingham’
Prolific artists are intriguing, especially those who can operate across a wide variety of genres. His debut 3 song EP ‘Birmingham’ was released on Nov. 28th on Bored Coast Records and is a nice addition to Sheehy’s growing catalogue of genre and discipline spanning creative work. As the demand increases we’re beginning to see craft breweries pop-up in some interesting places, including Off Grid Ales; their story is just as much about where they are as what they do.
