Single: Terra Spencer Sings of Love and Wanderlust on ‘Saigon’

Nearly two years after the release of Terra Spencer’s stunning debut album, Other People’s Lives, the Nova Scotian singer-songwriter still has something more to say about her favourite subject matter. “Saigon” is the second single off of Spencer’s upcoming album, Chasing Rabbits, and, as usual, it seems that she’s once again unravelling the other people’s heartstrings to beautiful effect. Music Video: Owen Meany’s Batting Stance Reminds You to Check the Engine Light of Your Relationship with ‘Car Odyssey’

Rather than pulling out the plot from Ghostbusters II, DenMother has released a video for “Is It Greener?” which suggests that life, instead, is cyclical, repeatable, and full of lesson. Music Video: Like A Motorcycle Release One of the Greatest Videos of 2020 with ‘Punk Two (Dead Broke)’

Not to jump the gun on throwing anyone a parade for video of the year, but Like A Motorcycle have a pretty clear shot at taking that particular prize. To celebrate the release of their new album, Dead Broke, the Halifax-based band has simultaneously put out a video for “Punk Two,” the most glorious bit of cinematography ever dedicated to capturing the dark and desperate path that can lead a life to underground Kraft Dinner eating contests.
