Lost & Found: Terra Spencer Unearths a Treasure Trove of Silly Songs and More

Before Terra Spencer started breaking hearts with concept albums full of failing relationships and failing mills, she was amassing a collection of songs of a far more humorous  nature on her YouTube channel. Single: KINLEY Revisits Her Message of Empowerment on ‘Washington’

It’s been three years and four days since Donald Trump was sworn into office. Uncoincidentally, it has been three years and three days since women protested worldwide in the 2017 Women’s March. It was the largest single-day protest in America’s history, demanding that their new president recognize and respect women’s right as human rights. Regardless of how effective those protests may or may not have been, it did result in KINLEY writing the song “Washington,” and now, three years later, she’s releasing a new and re-worked version. Single: Joel Plaskett Kicks Off New Quadruple Album Release With ‘Head Over Heels Into Heaven’

With the sort of news you have re-read a few times to make sure you’ve got it right, Joel Plaskett announced today that he’d be releasing the conceptual follow-up to his JUNO-award triple record, Three, with 44, a quadruple record consisting of 11 songs each, recorded in 4 cities (Dartmouth, Memphis, Nashville and Toronto), crafted over the last 4 years with 33 musicians.
