Hillsburn have released ‘Cover It Up’, the third video from their upcoming album, The Wilder Beyond. We’re big fans of Hillsburn. The biggest. Their debut album, In The Battle Years, was earth shattering. Full of strings and harmonies, it immediately grabbed us with their fresh take on a folky vibe, not to mention Rosanna Burrill’s powerhouse lungs. Their live shows were equally impressive. Music Video: Hillsburn Get Political With ‘Bad Behaviours’

In this horrendous year of our lord, 2017, ‘Bad Behaviours’ might refer to any number of vile sins and degradations. Our once-heroes are being summarily chopped down, the President of the United States is a tantrum-prone man-baby, and the rest of us are all probably guilty of crimes we haven’t yet begun to define. Music Video: Hillsburn Announce New Album With ‘Strange Clouds’

Hillsburn have spent a lot of time on the road this year.  They’ve toured across the country nearly incessantly, as anyone who follows their Instagram can tell you. That’s a lot of time for five humans to be trapped in a van together.  Despite a healthy amount of van laps, that time can add up and result in passive aggressive behaviours that vent and manifest in unusual ways—like music videos. ‘Strange Clouds‘ is the newest single from Hillsburn’s upcoming LP The Wilder Beyond, and while we haven’t consulted a psychologist, we think the video might say something about the current state of the band.
