Intended as a proof of concept for the feature-length film ‘A Small Fortune’, written by Adam Perry, ‘A Blessing From the Sea’ tells the story of two Prince Edward Island moss harvesters who stumble across a boatload of money that washed ashore after an open-water drug deal gone wrong.
