It’s bad enough that some of us are questioning whether or not we’ll make the cut on anyone’s household bubble, but Adam Baxter’s new video for “All My Friends” takes it to the level. We’re re-opening all the trauma of the Myspace Top 8 and then some, as Baxter includes his friends from across the country, singing along in isolation solidarity. Single: Kylie Fox Releases Clever and Touching ‘Cool Feet’ for Friend’s Wedding Gift

New Brunswick’s alt-folker Kylie Fox is probably still known best for her hilarious take on online dating, her “Tinder Song,” and as ridiculous as that one song might be, it is indicative of Fox’s ample skills as a songwriter.  Her songs are razor-sharp, regardless of whether she’s going for your feels or your funny bone. Cavendish Beach Announces Cancellation of 2020 Music Festival

The inevitable has come to Prince Edward Island. Despite the announcement that the province would be easing back on the isolation measures put into place due to COVID-19, music festivals aren’t about to make the cut. With all large gatherings already cancelled until 2021 in neighbouring New Brunswick, the prospects that festival season would continue business-as-usual seem grim. Today, Prince Edward Island’s Cavendish Beach Music Festival made the call to officially announce the cancellation of their 2020 festival.
