Winners Of The Best Of Saint John Music Awards Announced

Last night the audiophiles of Saint John gathered for their annual celebration of the local music scene. After a lengthy process of head scratching and flipping through tagged photos to remind them of what happened in 2016, they democratically arrived at who represented the Best of Saint John Music.

Presented by Local 107.3fm, and hosted by Anthony Enman (of !earshot 20) the ceremony took place at the Sanctuary Theatre on Saturday, where awards were presented in thirteen categories. The awards show saw a healthy turnout of both music lovers and musicians who turned out to see musical performances by Brent Mason and Kylie Fox.

Another fantastic event showing the breadth of talented musicians in Saint John Can’t wait for #10 in 2018!” says Local 107.3fm Station Manager Brian Cleveland.

Surprisingly, Adam Kierstead was not recognized as the best Adam Kierstead in Saint John this year. That distinction went to Corey Bonnevie of Little You, Little Me. Adam Kierstead had to little to say in response to this year’s winner, stating only that, “As a corpse, I am unfit to comment.”
